It's mid winter here and it's cold, snowy and cold. A few days ago I was looking at some vacation footage of me and hubby scuba diving in Indonesia, that feels extra far away in this weather. Then today I stumbled on this little video.
On one hand I can understand the fascination of diving in this extreme environment, on the other hand I don't want to stick my toe in that cold water. I just have to look outside to understand how cold that must be. It is fascinating to watch though, and I think it would be a fascinating place to see - from a boat. My sister in law made trip to the Antarctica, and she described it as one of the most magnificent experience she have had. So we talked about it, but somehow when it comes to vacations, we go to a place that's warm. Looking out the window, I can understand why.
